What type of payments do you accept:

CREDIT CARDS: ( US cards only): VISA, MC, American Express, and Discover cards.
PAYPAL: paypal payments must have a confirmed shipping address.
PURCHASE ORDERS: Please call us at 877-884-3426 if you would like to order via a Purchase order
CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS: Please make all checks and money orders payable to The Stage Depot. All Checks and money orders must be from a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars. There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.

How Does Shipping Work?

We offer FREE FREIGHT on most orders over $5000 shipped within the continental US only.* (*Free freight is not available on all products or all areas. Rural areas do not qualify for free shipping. Rural areas are determined by our freight carrier maps.) All orders are shipped via freight carrier or UPS depending on size and weight. We will provide you with a shipping quote prior to processing your order. Please note, The Stage Depot is a dealer for all products listed on our site. We do not stock or warehouse any items as we drop ship from manufacturers only. For this reason, there is a no return policy and all sales are final. In the event a customer shipment is refused or undeliverable, a 30% restocking fee will be charged by the manufacturer and all shipping costs will be forfeited. Please make sure to inspect all items upon delivery for damage or shortage. If damage or shortage is found, please refuse the shipment, do not accept it and contact us immediately. By purchasing from The Stage Depot the customer is agreeing to these terms.

How Does Our Return Policy Work?

All sales are final. Please contact us if you receive a damaged or defective product within 24 hours.

All products come standard with a manufacturer's warranty which ranges from 2 years to 10 years depending on product. Please contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty service issues.
